Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM
Weekends: Typically off. Due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, weekend work may be required. If required, all employees will be off by 1:00 PM Saturday.
Pay: $12/hour for the first month. After a 30-day evaluation, pay increases to $15/hour based on performance.
W-4: A W-4 is a federal tax form that tells us how much income tax to withhold from your paycheck. We are required by law to collect this so your pay and taxes are handled correctly.

This is not a desk job. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform hands-on labor every day. You’ll be expected to stay focused, work safely, and support your crew to complete high-quality projects for our customers.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Each day begins with preparing tools, loading equipment, and heading to job sites with your crew. You’ll assist with landscape and outdoor living projects, handle materials, and follow job plans to help create beautiful, lasting results.
You can expect long, active days that require physical strength, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Some days will be challenging — but every day you’ll see the results of your work and know you helped build something real.
